Asendia ist in allen Niederlassungen rund um den Globus betriebsfähig und steht Ihnen wie gewohnt zur Verfügung. Für einige Zielländer gibt es Einschränkungen da die lokalen Post- und Paketnetze zeitweise Engpässe erfahren, oder die Transportwege in das Zielland temporär unterbrochen sind. Aus diesen Gründen kann es zu Verzögerungen in der Zustellung und möglichen Zuschlägen für einzelne Zielländer kommen.

Asendia sucht kontinuierlich nach alternativen Lösungen und bemüht sich evtl. Kostensteigerungen nach Möglichkeit abzuschwächen, während die globale Entwicklung diese Bemühungen zunehmend erschweren. Wir sind bestrebt, unsere Kunden mit den entsprechenden Service-Updates täglich auf dem Laufenden zu halten und unsere Kundenbetreuer stehen in ständigem Dialog mit den betroffenen Kunden.
