Sales Support Specialist

As Sales Support Specialist you will work for the Asendia Group as a member of the Global Accounts & Solutions Team and report to the Business Development Director. In this key role you will support our end-to-end sales process by analysing business performance, forecasting, and assist with business planning and budgeting. This role will give you the opportunity to work with all of our global subsidiaries and several key stakeholders across a fast growing business.

Deine Aufgaben

You support the sales and marketing teams in the design of customised PowerPoint materials and offers.
You support in the preparation, completion and submission of Request for Proposals (RFP).
You complete country specific market researches (who, what, where should we focus on).
You research and complete deep dive reports of potential new prospects.
You review and compile sales data and utilise Sugar/CRM for reports.
You drive process improvements in our sales administration and operational activities.
You build strong relationship with subsidiaries and key stakeholders across the business (e.g. finance, solutions and commercial functions).

 

Dein Profil

3+ years experience in supporting a sales team in a fast growing business, if possible in the cross-border transport / e-commerce sectors.
You have great experience in MS office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint) as well as strong process and data mapping skills & data analysis and market research experiences.
Experience in sugarcrm.com or a similar CRM is a plus.
You are a self-motivated, persistent, and flexible person with the capacity to listen and understand customers’ requirements.
You have the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
Your strong communication skills in English ensure the capability of working with people of various nationalities, on varying levels of hierarchy. Colleagues can always rely on you. Every additional language is welcomed.
