Sales Manager, Hong Kong/China
We are looking for a qualified to join our sales team in Asendia Hong Kong. In this position, you are required to lead our sales team, and be familiar with China business culture, strong business acumen and result oriented. You are responsible for souring new customers from different channels. You are also required to identify new market potential and keep abreast of market trends to make appropriate sales direction.

Deine Aufgaben
| Lead and coach the sales team to achieve sales target and KPI target |
| Lead and drive the sales team to explore new customers, mainly focus on Hong Kong and China markets |
| Identify business opportunities and execute sales strategies to penetrate the markets |
| Monitor individual team member’s performance, motivate, and engage team by providing direction, coaching, and training |
| Coordinate with overseas offices for implementation of regional customer initiatives and business plans in facilitating sales revenue growth |
| Observe market trends and competitiveness to develop sales forecasts and effective strategies |
| Achieve sales & revenue targets by securing business from prospective customers |
| Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs |
Dein Profil
| Degree holder in business/e-commerce or any other related disciplines |
| Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in managerial role, preferably in eCommerce/ logistics industry |
| Familiar with China business markets and culture is absolutely an advantage |
| Strong team leadership skills in driving business performance |
| Fast-learning, self-motivated and target-orientated |
| Excellent communication and interpersonal skills |
| Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin |
| Overseas travelling is required (depends on Covid-19 situation) |
