We are looking for a qualified to join Asendia Hong Kong. In this position, you are required to take the lead on core logistics and supply chain projects, including new business ventures, system implementation and enhancement. The individual will be involved in local, regional and global projects as a contributor or also as a project manager operating in a matrix organization. The individual is required to work in collaboration with the logistics, regulatory, operations teams, as well as IT, technology partners and third-party logistic providers to deliver solutions that fits the business requirement.

• Take the lead on different business projects associated with our matrix organization and working with local, regional and headquarter

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan for the projects and foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration on project planning

• Plan, execute and deliver project activities according to timelines & business requirements

• Establish policies, standards and procedures to ensure project run within budget, time and meet all user requirement

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to internal and external stakeholders about strategy, adjustment, and progress

• Support the solution design and business requirements alongside IT team

• Monitor the impacts and interdependencies between demands and resources to ensure project delivery efficiently and in schedule

• Leads the team for solution implantation, resource planning and manage delivery in high-speed within tight schedule

• Bachelor in Logistic or Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, e-Commerce logistic industry is preferable

• Experience of working cross-culturally in an international environment, able to work within an APAC regional team

• Self-driven and can work with cross-functional teams

• Operational excellence mind-set and experience. Excellent problem solving skills.

• Broad business awareness, willing and able to operate under stress

• Culturally aware, able to work with teams from different countries recognizing and understanding differences in approach

• Able to travel regionally occasionally
