Project Coordinator
We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our Project team in Asendia Hong Kong. In this position, you are required to understand and collect both regional & internal team’s requirements and prepare project documentations. You are responsible for make planning on the project with milestone and maintain the project schedule. You are also required to coordinate and communicate effectively with regional teams and internal departments.

Deine Aufgaben
| • Understand and collect both regional & internal teams’ requirements and prepare project documentations |
| • Make planning on the project with milestone and maintain the project schedule. |
| • Control and monitor the project deliverables and ensure project deliverables matched with the scope of work |
| • Coordinate and communicate effectively with regional teams and internal departments |
| • Regularly generate report and drive analytics |
Dein Profil
| • Diploma holder or above |
| • Able to handle multiple projects and work under pressure with minimal supervision |
| • Fluent in spoke & written in English & Chinese |
| • 2 years’ work experience in project planning |
| • Familiar with MS office project, MS word, Excel & PC software application |
| • Immediate available is preferable |
