Operations Manager

• Oversee and manage daily operations activities in the warehouse to meet customers’ request and business target;

• Ensure all operations work process, documents and records in compliance with the legal and company requirement;

• Formulate logistics / fulfilment plans and strategies to enhance service quality and drive operational efficiency;

• Streamline operations workflow in Hong Kong and China processing centers to achieve costs effectiveness and align with business strategies and goals;

• Prepare budgeting for the Operations department and manage operations within budget;

• Source, liaise and manage external service providers to achieve cost effectiveness and drive zero-defect service;

• Report to Supply Chain General Manager for all Operation matters;

• Require to work closely with colleagues from Headquarter in Swiss/France and Singapore Regional offices to drive business initiative projects and manage joint deliverables;

• Degree holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related disciplines

• At 5 years relevant experience in managing international logistics operations, with 2 years supervisory/management role;

• Have background of airfreight related to e-commence, warehousing and fulfilment knowledge is an advantage;

• Good team player and strong people management;

• Strong problem solving, leadership and management skills;

• Good interpersonal, communication skills and planning skills;

• Energetic, well-organized, responsible and self-initiative person with strong analytical skills;

• Good in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
