Starting from January 2024, Asendia is looking to hire an apprentice to join the Global Distribution & Partnerships team, in charge of searching and setting up logistics distribution solutions for the whole Asendia Group and support the development of Partnerships with Postal Operators. In this position, you will gather and share the data of the key markets and will support the team in the procurement process of logistics services. You will also be in charge of promoting the solutions and creating dedicated communication actions towards Asendia subsidiaries and external partners. You will be in charge of creating the reporting and ensure that processes are being adequately followed. You will work in a multicultural environment, English being the main language used by the company.

 

Art: Full-Time

 

• Global: You contribute to the sourcing of logistics solutions and to the rates analysis and comparisons, participate in the preparation of the Steering committees (collect the data from the subsidiaries and internal departments, create the decks and respect the timelines, …) and follow up the different Group’s logistics suppliers.

• Implementation of the solutions: You participate to the integration projects and the Go Live of new destinations and/or new providers (coordination with the subsidiaries and the stakeholders, organization of meetings, update the rate cards and support in the creation of marketing and operational documents related to these new lanes…).

• Reporting: You contribute to the creation and the follow up of the Database by compiling all the information regarding our distribution purchasing activity

• Marketing & Sales: You collect all the markets information and data to create a mapping of the competitors’ offers, contribute to the identification of prospects (retailers, marketplaces …) in order to enrich the subsidiaries’ pipelines of opportunities

• Communication: You contribute to the internal and external communication when new destinations and solutions are launched, improve the existing tools and communication presentations.

• Business School, Bachelor or Master in International trade, Marketing and/or e-commerce.

• You are autonomous, reliable, accurate, open-minded and you like being involved in transversal topics.

• Your strong communication skills ensure the capability of working with people of various levels of hierarchy and from a variety of backgrounds, in an international environment.

• English is the main language of the company: you are fluent in written and spoken English. Any other language is an asset.

• Good knowledge of the pack office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
