Key Account Manager

As subsidiary of the Asendia Group, La Poste International Mail Solution (LPIMS), is looking for a Key Account Manager. In this position, attached to the Sales and Commercial Manager, you are responsible of a personal portfolio of clients, looking for long-term relationships, being able to identify customer needs and requirements. You ensure the progression of turnover and margin optimization on this portfolio, while offering customized solutions compliant with the procedures and pricing policy of LPIMS. Finally, you contribute to the global LPIMS’s quality approach to increase customers satisfaction and promote our company’s solutions.

Deine Aufgaben

Ensure the turnover progression and margin optimization on your geographical area.
Oversee the global follow-up on your portfolio. Including pre-sales, sales, and after sales support and the implementation of the necessary corrective measures.
Contribute to develop complex offers in collaboration with the Sales and Commercial Manager and the support services of Asendia Management.
Draft commercial offers including the conditions for optimizing the margin, in compliance with the pricing policy (ISO quality type approach) for all offers communicated to portfolio clients.
Coordinate the relations with the operation platforms (Roissy PIAC, STP, external service providers) and with customer services to make sure that customer flows are processed in the best delays.
Produce monthly activity reporting to the Sales and Commercial Manager.
Apply the management and commercial monitoring procedures within LPIMS (Customer Service, DSO, Pricing...)

 

Dein Profil

You have a proven experience, 2 to 3 years, in a similar position.
You are interested in an international cross-border environment.
You are a self-motivated, autonomous, persistent, resilient, and flexible person with the ability to listen and understand customer requirements.
You have strong communication skills and the capability of working with people of various cultures, and on varying levels of hierarchy. Colleagues can always rely on you.
You are fluent in English and French.
You have a Master Degree (Bac +5) in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
