• Provide full spectrum of Human Resources functions but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, staff training and development, employee relations, staff communication, welfare activities and ad hoc projects |
• Explore effective recruitment portals to attract talents and streamline the interview process |
• Enhance the internal communication channels and facilitate staff training activities to foster a positive working environment and drive employee engagement |
• Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labor ordinance and other local regulations |
• Maintain HRIS system and update employees database on a timely and accurate basis |
• Support all rounded Human Resources operational matters in local, regional and global level; Administer all matters related to expatriate staff including visa application and renewal, on boarding assistance and travel arrangements |
• Organize and coordinate different kinds of staff training and welfare activities, team building programs and annual dinner events; Prepare regular statistics and reports |
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects when assigned; Immediate available is preferred |
• University graduate with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience |
• Proactive learner with positive and can-do attitude |
• Multi-tasking, well-organized and detail-minded |
• Responsible, flexible, independent, and able to work in fast-paced environment |
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and planning skills |
• Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulations, PRC Labour Laws is preferable |
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office including word, excel, power point |
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin |
