Accounting Officer/Accounting Assistant
We are looking for a qualified to join our Finance team in Asendia Hong Kong. In this position, you will assist the manager to prepare the revenue summary of the company, liaise with external customers for account receivable settlement, & responsible to prepare AP, AR, general ledger, and month-end closing.

Deine Aufgaben
| • Prepare the Revenue Summary of the company |
| • • Maintain daily accounting duties, including account receivable and payable |
| • Liaise with external customers for account receivable settlement |
| • Prepare monthly aging reconciliation and issue customers’ statement |
| • Responsible to prepare AP, AR, general ledger, and month-end closing. |
| • Perform ad hoc duties and assignment as required |
Dein Profil
| • LCCI Level 3/Higher with School Certificate/DSE |
| • 2 to 3 years related experiences will consider as Accounting Officer, logistic industry experience is highly preferred |
| • Fresh Grad will also consider. Fresh Grad or less experience will consider as Accounting Assistant |
| • Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook |
| • Fluent in written and spoken in Cantonese |
| • Experience in system implementation (i.e., SAP and MYOB) would be advantageous |
| • Immediate available is highly preferred |
