Account Service Officer (Customer Service)
We are looking for a qualified to join our Account Service team in Asendia Hong Kong. In this position, you will assist the manager to build a strong relationship with our customers and assist to manage the team KPI performance to meet the business and customers requirement.

Deine Aufgaben
| • Provide business-to-business account servicing and sales support |
| • Take care assigned key accounts and keep an eye on customers’ demand for services |
| • Handle customer enquiries, requirements, feedback and complaints to deliver excellent customer service to customers |
| • Act as the interface for customers and internal working partners in handling customers requirement |
| • Prepare statistical report and performance summaries |
| • Maintain daily operations and achieve the KPI |
| • Coordinate site visit for corporate clients |
| • Perform other ad hoc duties and projects when assigned |
Dein Profil
| • Diploma holder or university graduate in any discipline |
| • 2 years or above related working experience, e-commerce logistic is preferred |
| • Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills |
| • Independent and detail-oriented with positive attitude |
| • Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese |
| • Immediate available is highly preferable |
