# Supply Chain

---

Oft Synonym für Kundenbetreuung, beispielsweise über einen Helpdesk oder ein Callcenter. In der Regel existieren drei verschiedene Supportlevel, die abhängig von der Komplexität des Problems aktiviert werden. Der First Level Support dient als erste Anlaufstelle, die sich selbständig um allgemeine Anfragen kümmert. Sind dazu spezifische Kenntnisse nötig, kann der Second Level Support unterstützend eingreifen. Bei besonderen technischen Eingriffen oder sehr speziellen Problemen wird die Anfrage an die Spezialisten des Third Level Support weitergeleitet.
