# Dispatching

---

Auch Einsatzplanung. Beim Dispatching in der Logistik geht es um die bestmögliche Koordination der Ressourcen (Fahrzeuge, Personal, Informationen), um sicherzustellen, dass die Waren im richtigen Zustand zum richtigen Zeitpunkt am richtigen Ort sind. Der sogenannte Dispatcher ist der zuständige Mitarbeiter, der mit Kunden und Fahrern kommuniziert und alle relevanten Informationen bündelt bzw. weiterleitet.
