Hongkong Post asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, owing to a public event resulting in a blockage of streets in major areas of Hong Kong on 1 July 2019, the processing of all inbound, outbound and local mail was seriously affected. Quality of service for all types of inbound and outbound mail (EMS, parcels and letter-post items) has therefore been affected. The impact is expected to last for a few days.
