Track and trace

Here you can find out where your consignment is and whether the recipient has already received the consignment. The data on the current consignment status ("Announced", "Transferred to Asendia", "Being processed", "Being delivered", "Completed") is continually updated.

The information on letters, parcels, express and international consignments is available for 180 days. Letter ID, returns and general cargo are available for 360 days. Data for URGENT consignments (export and import Switzerland) is available for 90 days.

Where is my shipment?


My package has no updated tracking information.

The tracking will only start once the shipment has reached one of our facilities.

If there are no tracking updates for several days you may contact the local postal operator who transported as last your shipment.

If there are no tracking updates after 60 days a package can be deemed lost. You can require a search request for packages that were not delivered. This request can only be given by the sender of the parcel. Please contact the company you purchased your article in order to activate the search request.

Your item is with Customs since its arrival in the country.

In general, the recipient will be notified directly by the customs about a missing information or about custom fees. If you have not been informed, you can start an investigation to know where the item is stored and who the you should contact.

This depends on the delivery arrangements made by the sender of your parcel. If you are unsure about the delivery date, please contact the sender for further information.

Please be aware that when purchasing goods via internet sites, some or all of these goods may not originate in your home country. When goods are not sent domestically or within a single customs union, you are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online.

Has sender already paid the duties?

  • If the duties have been paid, you will need to ask the sender to provide you with proof of payment in order to show this information to customs.
  • If the duties have not been paid, these fees will need to be paid prior to receiving your package.

 

 

Address change of shipped parcel

I would like to change the address of a parcel that has already been shipped


Unfortunately, once a shipment has left our facility we are not able to update the address information. We suggest you contact your local post office in order to make them aware of the updated package information.
